Gordon T. Hughes, II
Gordon T. Hughes, II is the president and CEO of American Business Media. He joined the Association in 1994 as president, and took on the title of CEO in 2000. Gordon has more than 25 years of advertising experience under his belt. During his tenure at ABM, he has repositioned the Association from a traditional publishing group to a global organization of business information providers. Today, ABM is the authoritative voice of business media and information companies. Gordon has recharged the business information industry's influence in Washington, D.C. Under his leadership, ABM has won major victories before the Postal Rate Commission. In addition, he developed a number of initiatives to raise the visibility and stature of business media. These include the Business Information Network (BIN), an ad tracking system for business media print publications; the prestigious Creative Excellence in Business Advertising (CEBA) Awards; and the Timothy White Award for editorial courage and integrity. Prior to joining ABM, Gordon was president of the marketing division for the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. He also served as vice president of marketing for CBS Stations Division. While at CBS, he won two Emmy Awards as a producer of major sports and entertainment events, as well as the Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia Broadcast News Award. Earlier in his career, Gordon was vice president and station manager at WCAU-TV in Philadelphia, and director of sales at KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.

Kristin Beaulieu joined InXpo in February 2008 and was initally hired as a Client Service Executive to work with our major publishing clients. I now act as General Manager over our Publishing Division. Prior to InXpo, although it is hard to believe there was life before that, I was with Ziff Davis Media for 8 years. I launched and ran two online event divisions at ZDM; eSeminars and PCMagCast. Prior to ZDM I worked in the dot com space for two start ups so am scared to admit that I have been working exclusively in the online world now for almost 13 years!
Lou DePasquale
Lou has over 20 years experience in Corporate Sales and Sales Management (both direct and indirect) and has extensive knowledge how the sales function operates within a Corporation. Prior to joining InXpo, Lou was President & CEO of an ERP VAR and prior to that was a VP of Channel Development. Lou has been working with the management team of InXpo in three previous companies for over 22 years (we all started together when we were 12).

At InXpo, Lotzof, is responsible for driving the company's vision. Throughout his career Mr. Lotzof has been developing new technology products and related businesses that address paradigm changes in the market. Previously, Mr. Lotzof was Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Proamics Corporation, a Professional Service Automation Software Company. While growing the company, Mr. Lotzof was instrumental in formalizing the Professional Automation Market Place. He successfully sold Proamics Corporation to Niku Corporation in 1999. Prior to Proamics, Mr. Lotzof was the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Lotzof & Associates Inc., a Value Added Reseller of ERP Solutions, and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Cost Management Systems Inc., a Software Development Company for Time & Billing solutions. Both of these companies were sold to Platinum Software Corporation where he became President of the Financial Software Development division, responsible for all Financial Applications. Mr. Lotzof has also worked for IBM, and spent time in Public Accounting.

He is a past member of the Young Presidents' Organization and a current member of the World Presidents' Organization. Mr. Lotzof is also a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

She and her team of advertising agency veterans and consultants serve as a seamless extension of our clients’ marketing departments by providing expertise on campaign strategy, media selection and results analysis. At TechTarget, she develops programs that emphasize integration and return on investment. Recently, Marilou was chosen from among leading senior level marketers to contribute a chapter to "Inside the Minds", a series of books published by Aspatore Books on C-level business/marketing intelligence. She has also contributed to BtoB magazine’s "Ask the Expert" column, as well as many other online publications. Marilou is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and received her M.B.A. focused on Technology Marketing from Bentley College.

Tina Krater
As Director of Sales, Tina Krater brings over 7 years of sales experience and account management to Shaker Recruitment Consultants (SRC). After starting at Shaker Recruitment Advertising & Communications as an Account Associate in May of 2003, she was quickly promoted to Account Executive for the newly formed SRC division of the agency. Soon Tina was promoted to Sales Coordinator, and then Director of Sales in January of 2008. Tina’s primary responsibilities include management of all revenue-generating functions for SRC, including: managing sales for 10 niche job boards; seeking out new streams of revenue generation; and facilitating relationships with the newspaper affiliates of each of the job boards. Tina also acts as the liaison to SRC’s newspaper partners for ongoing sales training and support. While managing a team of six sales representatives, Tina helped shape the SRC Virtual Career Events division which formed in early 2008. Tina has strategic-level involvement in the management of client accounts including: Trader Joe’s, Allstate Insurance, AT&T, First American Bank, TCF Bank and The Menta Group. Tony Uphoff
Tony Uphoff is CEO of TechWeb (formerly CMP Media). TechWeb is one of the United Business Media companies. He is an innovative media executive with a unique track record of building, growing and leading B2B media businesses in highly competitive markets.

Uphoff has the distinction of having been a leader of three the top five B2B brands in history all at the peak of their reach, revenues and profits; InformationWeek, The Hollywood Reporter and PC Week. He served in several key management positions at Ziff-Davis Media during the build out of the company in the late 80's and early 90's. He then joined CMP Media as publisher of InformationWeek leading the brand to the # 1 position in it's market and ultimately into one of the largest brands in B2B. Tony also served as divisional VP and President during CMP's dramatic growth in the mid 1990's from a $200 Million privately owned company, to a $600 Million, publicly traded, global leader in technology media. He was the founding CEO of the internet media company Beliefnet, which was sold to News Corp in November of 2007, and has been at the forefront of online and integrated media for the last 13 years. Named one of the top 100 business media executives by B2B Magazine's "Who's Who in Business Media" in 2006, 2007 and 2008 Uphoff is a regular speaker and panelist on media and technology at industry and association conferences and events.
