Bill Allison is a senior IT manager at UC Berkeley.
Bill chairs the campus information security and privacy committee, which has implemented key policy initiatives around privacy, data management, outsourcing and audit standards. His web applications unit is responsible for web-based systems including e-commerce, billing, business resumption, grading and course scheduling, and also includes a security team. The application security team manages penetration testing, web application scanning programs and recently launched a secure-by-design application development strategy for the University.

Mark Coderre
In his 20 year career with Aetna Mark has led the company in early adoption of distributed security systems. He has been responsible for the evolution and from LAN based domain security to Directory Services to Federated IdPs. His efforts and support of provisioning have allowed Aetna to centralize, streamline and provide single signon for employees, providers and consumers. As a long-standing proponent of centralized access control and single sign-on, Mark represents Aetna on a variety of industry forums and customer advisory boards. Mark Weatherford was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to his position as Director and Chief Information Security Officer of the California Office of Information Security in June 2008. In this role, he has broad authority over California’s cyber security activities and is responsible for state government information security program policy, standards, and procedures.
Mr. Weatherford previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the State of Colorado where he was appointed by two successive governors to develop and lead the state information security program. A former U.S. Naval Cryptologic Officer, Weatherford led the U.S. Navy’s Computer Network Defense operations and the Naval Computer Incident Response Team and as a member of the Raytheon Company, he successfully built and directed the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet Security Operations Center (SOC) in San Diego, CA.

Prior to joining Google in 2007, Eran was the US Chief Information Security Officer for PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC). Rajeev Yadav is currently Director of Information Security with Thomson Reuters, a global market leading information provider where he primarily guides and implements information security strategies, governance and assurance on its financial products and services. Eric Leighninger is the Chief Security Architect at Allstate Insurance. He brings to this position over 22 years of information security experience. In this role he is responsible for creating and articulating the information security architectural vision, communicating that vision to the enterprise, creating security architecture models and roadmaps, and validating information security architectures against enterprise requirements. He currently is leading the design and development an enterprise-wide identity management initiative comprising identity provisioning and management, authentication and authorization services and directory services. Kevin Rowney is a data loss prevention visionary who joined Symantec in 2007 as part of the Vontu acquisition, a company which he founded.

Tom Gonzales, Senior Network Administrator at Credit Union of Colorado

Dr. Larry Ponemon is the Chairman and Founder of the Ponemon Institute, a research “think tank” dedicated to advancing privacy and data protection practices. Dr. Ponemon is considered a pioneer in privacy auditing and the Responsible Information Management or RIM framework. In addition to Institute activities, Dr. Ponemon is an adjunct professor for ethics and privacy at Carnegie Mellon University’s CIO Institute.
Dr. Ponemon has extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks for managing privacy and data security. He has presented hundreds of keynote speeches at national or international conferences on privacy, data protection, information security, corporate governance, and responsible information management.
Dr. Ponemon is a frequent commentator on privacy and business ethics for CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, and many other leading publications. He earned his Ph.D. at Union College in Schenectady, New York. Lieutenant General Harry D. Raduege, Jr. (USAF, Ret) is Chairman of the Deloitte Center for Network Innovation, which develops solutions for clients grappling with the need for increasingly interdependent information networks, spanning both the public and private sectors.
General Raduege retired after serving 35 years in the U.S. military. He worked in the areas of telecommunications, space, information and network operations. In his last position, he led Department of Defense net-centric operations as the Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency. In that role, he directed planning, engineering, and implementation of interoperable communications and intelligence systems serving the needs of the President, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, combatant commanders and the military Services. He led efforts to restore communications to the Pentagon following the September 11th terrorist attacks; upgraded Presidential communications; and led the successful expansion of the Department's Global Information Grid through a $1 billion transformational communications program.
General Raduege was also appointed by the Secretary of Defense as the Commander of the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations, and Deputy Commander for Global Network Operations and Defense for the U.S. Strategic Command. In these roles, he was the first commander assigned responsibility for directing the operation and defense of the Global Information Grid to assure timely and secure net-centric capabilities across the entire Department.
Prior to his last assignments, Raduege directed command and control systems for North American Aerospace Defense Command, U.S. Space Command and Air Force Space Command. He also served as the Chief Information Officer for all three commands, and was the architect for computer network defense and attack capabilities established within the Department of Defense.

Steve Morin is CIO of TAC Worldwide Cos., a global staffing and workforce management company, where he oversees the strategy, development, planning and management of IT. The product family includes a flexible array of client-computing solutions, from thin clients to streaming, and management software. The Thin Client Solutions portfolio is designed to simplify IT deployment and management and to reduce costs, offering business customers excellent value over the life of the product.
In this role, Tad’s team research worldwide customer requirements and manage the worldwide thin client and SW product roadmap. He and his team are also responsible for new product launches, core marketing content and documentation content and development.
Tad has been with HP and Compaq for 12 years. Prior to his current position, Tad was responsible for leading the marketing team for Remote Client Solutions which included BladePCs, allocation and management software. Tad has held global marketing leadership positions for Compaq, AT&T and NCR, where he has been responsible for leading the development of new businesses and growing large existing businesses globally. His tenure at AT&T included working in Australia where he was responsible for launching and growing the data network integration business for AT&T’s South Pacific Region. Additionally, his career also includes 6 years of enterprise computer sales and sales management experience.

Mr. Seshadri leads the global information security function for NYSE Euronext. Mark Connelly
Mark Connelly was Managing Director at Credit Suisse responsible for Global IT Infrastructure Risk and Security. He has been instrumental in delivering new innovative solutions in Risk and Security, and a key member of the Risk Governance Committees at Credit Suisse. He drove the deployment of new IT Risk/Security solutions, policies and standards and thus significant business value throughout the firm. He is a member of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Committee Working Group, ISACA and Society for Information Managers (SIM). Anthony Foust has worked for Easter Seals UCP North Carolina for approximately 5 years. He started as the I.T. Help Desk person in one of the remote facilities and worked his way up to Director and currently the CIO while the organization has nearly tripled in both revenue and size. Anthony’s diverse history has included work as an Emergency Room Technician, Emergency Veterinary Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Child Protective Services Case Manager, Graphics & Web Designer, and a Network and Systems Administrator for several SMB companies.
Anthony currently carries a Master’s degree in Information Technology from UNC Charlotte with a primary focus in Information Security and Privacy. He also carries two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Psychology and the other in Information Technology from the Ohio State University and DeVry University respectively. As part of his graduate work at UNC Charlotte, Anthony successfully led a team of fellow graduate and undergraduate students to the annual National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) hosted by the Department of Homeland Security in 2006 where they won the national championship by successfully defending a network against professional hackers over three days.
Anthony is currently pursuing his MBA at Elon University.
