Angela Stecca has been the District Sales Manager for the Walt Disney Travel Company over the past 1 ½ years. She spends her days driving around Ontario and visiting travel agents to promote sales & marketing efforts for the Walt Disney Travel Company.
Angie Avalos
Originally from Romania, after graduating from the Law School in Brasov, Angie Avalos, worked onboard a modern European ship as a purser for a short period. Avalos fell in love with the concept of river cruising and remained in the travel industry ever since. In 2004, she moved to California and has been working for AMAWATERWAYS as the line’s Sales Manager. She cannot imagine her life without river cruising and the company that offers the best river cruises in Europe: AMAWATERWAYS.

Christine Chilton
Christine Chilton is the National Sales Training Manager for Thomas Cook Canada. Christine has been with Thomas Cook for eleven years first in the role of Business Development Manager for eight years and two years in her current position. In addition to her work with Thomas Cook she has previously taught Travel and Tourism for a Business College Program and worked for American Express in both the role of an Office Manager and Travel Counselor.
Dana Gain
Dana has been building the business for Carnival since September of 2002 when she started
with the company as a sales representative. In 2005 she was promoted to Manager, was promoted
again in 2008 to Director, and currently manages the largest territory in Canada for Carnival, Western
Ontario. In 2005 she won Regional Salesperson of the Year, and in her time at Carnival has shaped
several innovations including the creation of a 35]page reference manual to help train agents on the
benefits of group business.
Dana received her ECCS from Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) in July of 2009,
making her the first ever cruise line employee to have achieved this prestigious designation, and was
granted her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1998. She has
made appearances on both television and radio, including CTV News and the Chris Robinson Travel
Show, and has extensive experience lecturing to travel counselors and consumers alike. Dana has been
written about in magazines, newspapers, web sites and trade publications including Travelpulse.com,
Maritime News, World Maritime News, Global Marine News, The Cruise Source, Twitter, Maritime

Hilary Kudlatz
Hilary Kudlatz graduated from Seneca College in King City; Ontario with a Diploma in Travel & Tourism. At which time she joined the travel industry in 1993 with Sunquest Vacations as a reservation agent and finished in 2000 as an Inside Sales Supervisor with many other roles within the sales department.
Hilary was working as a District Sales Representative - Eastern Ontario with Intair from 2000 - 2004 at which time she moved to Globus Family of Brands as a Business Development Manager - Eastern & Northern Ontario until 2008.
In 2009 Hilary changed her role, as National Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager - Eastern Ontario & Quebec. She is also very involved with training.

Stephen Goulding leads the WestJet Airlines and WestJet Vacations leisure sales efforts in Eastern Canada. His ongoing commitment to building relationships with partners has complimented the culture WestJet has fostered from it’s start up. Stephen’s team works with some of the largest Travel Management, Online Travel, and Travel Agency companies in Canada.
Stephen has been driving results in the travel industry for past 10 years.
Before joining WestJet, he assisted in the development of a new travel business vertical with a Toronto based marketing company creating innovative online preference based marketing, and communication strategies. These efforts helped their travel industry clients effectively identify and communicate to the needs of their customer. Prior to this role he spent many years within the car rental industry taking a key role in building brand awareness and new business development in the North American corporate market place. This role resulted in many successes within both the corporate and leisure sales efforts of Budget Car Rental in Canada.
Stephen was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario; attended school at McMaster University; sits as Vice President on the board of directors for Tourism Hamilton; a member of SKAL International for Travel and Tourism Professionals; and carries a CSP professional designation through the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
