Description: The Webcast Experience Designer are responsible for producing live and pre-recorded webcast events, working with custom console design and other graphic design elements of an online auditorium and webcast console. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, and working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Description: Production Design Associates are the first line of Creative support for the Production Department.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Craft templates for use by the Production Department, Self Producers and Clients. These templates include login/logout pages, custom/quick registration pages, email campaign templates, microsites…
• Support in-show custom creative needs by implementing custom graphics/functionality, creating banner ads, jumbotrons, building demo shows, etc...
• Create out-of-show custom work. An example would be producing an attendee or exhibitor flash tour. This project could start with the recording of the voice over talent, finessing the voice over to fit into a flash tour, creating the flash component (animations) and combining them.
• Construct “how to” training videos (internal/external – knowledge sharing, best practices) and tutorials using Internal Software, WebEx, and Camtasia (Screen Recording Software) to allow other Production members and clients to become self sufficient.
• Film, Process and Implement Green Screen videos into an event environment.
• Creation of Corporate Marketing Materials including web banners, white papers, and video projects
• Build Custom Registration pages and Microsites for clients
• Fixing and troubleshooting HTML/JavaScript code in areas such as login pages and email campaigns
• Creation of Creative Resources, Training and Documentation
• All other Creative requested by the Production Department

Skill Requirements:
