Development – Software Engineer
This position will report to the Chief Technical Officer.
Description: If you have want to be part of an organization that is changing the way companies do business through the implementation of Virtual Business Solutions, this opportunity could be yours. Our Software Engineers are responsible for maintaining and enhancing INXPO's rapidly expanding virtual business platform. Our system is uniquely ours and requires an HTML and Java script expert to manage the site and backend processing. Ideal candidate is an energetic, highly-motivated team player.
Requirements:
- Must possess strong HTML, JavaScript and SQL experience
- CSS and AJAX knowledge are a plus
- Proficient in one of the following languages: Java, VB, C# or C++
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- 3+ years professional experience

Professional Services – Associate Producer
This position will report to the VP of Professional Services.
Description: The Associate Producer works closely with the Sr. Event Director and Event Director to configure INXPO environments using our proprietary software platform. This is a “go to” person in the absence of Senior Associate Producer.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up of exhibitor's booth within the event. This includes but is not limited to training exhibitors on Space Builder, building and/or fixing their space.
- Training the speakers on the presentation tool and process.
- Adding content to overall environment.
- Monitoring presentations on launch day.
- Managing environment timelines.
- Testing all aspects of environments including: login pages, registration, space builder, email campaigns, etc.
- Supporting the environment via email and in-booth staffing. This may include phone support.
- Setting up login pages, marquee messages, places banner ads, builds the data portal, etc.
- Creating and distributes email campaigns.
- Taking notes on weekly meetings.
Computer Skills:
Having a basic knowledge of the below is a must:
- Dreamweaver / HTML
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Social Networking Tools (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Professional Services – Webcast Engineer
This position will report to Media Services Manager.
Description: The Webcast Engineer is responsible for producing live and pre-recorded webcast events. This role requires an individual with high attention to detail, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, and working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Effectively execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for project related issues
- Responsible for the successful production of live and on-demand webcasts
- Successfully edit audio and video content within presentations
- Technically support speakers during live and on-demand webcasts
- Provide client training of the InXpo and preferred 3rd party provider's webcasting platform
- Provide feedback to Webcasting Engineer Manager on overall process flows and webcasting tools
Computer Skills:
Having a basic knowledge of the below is a must:
- Microsoft Office
- HTML
- Audio / Video Tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- An aptitude for learning new software and being able to teach this to others is key in this role

- Motivated by closing the deal; possesses Sales "DNA"
- Proficient at both virtual and in-person presentations and demos
- Excellent communications skills; enjoys meeting new people to develop prospect and customer relationships
- Consultative sales philosophy balanced with knowledge and drive to close
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
Responsibilities: The AE's responsibilities will include the following:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets as defined by the company
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Proactive outreach via calls, emails and in-person networking to engage contacts at acquisition targets (land) and within existing accounts (expand)
- Schedule and attend meetings, prepare and deliver product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person
- Effectively define and scope Client needs to recommend appropriate solution; prepare and present proposals; prepare and deliver contracts
- Build territory pipeline and accurately forecast all opportunities
- Regional travel for client and company meetings may be required
Competencies: The AE must have demonstrated significant experience in the following areas:

- Experience building strong business relationships at all levels , both internally and externally
- Superior written, oral and presentation skills
- Knowledge of webcasting, streaming media, Internet collaboration technologies, and Social Media a plus

This position will report to the Executive VP of Sales.
Description: We are seeking energetic, aggressive, entry-level sales personnel to support INXPO’s rapidly expanding virtual business platform. Inside Sales Representatives will use online demo sales tools to convert new leads into validated opportunities.

- Competitive

- Comfortable with aggressive sales tactics
- Excel at utilizing telephone and online demo environments as primary sales tool
- Ability to provide both consultative sale and aggressive sale

Relationships: The Sales Consultant maintains close relationships with other Sales Consultants, constantly sharing best practices and real world results.
Competencies: The SC must have demonstrated significant experience in the following areas:
- 1–3 years SaaS sales experience
- Experience using Salesforce.com to track opportunities a plus, but not a requirement
