Development – Senior Flash Streaming Application Developer
This position will report to the Chief Technical Officer.
Description: This position would be involved in the design and co–development of audio and video streaming within the InXpo virtual Platform such as our Webcasting. This includes "Live" streaming to audiences in the tens of thousands through the InXpo Flash Media Server infrastructure and "On–Demand" video and audio content such as pre–recorded flash movies and webcasts.
Profile:
- 5+ years of demonstrable Flash application development with a focus on Streaming
- Strong knowledge of developing client and server side applications for streaming with webcasting development being a definite advantage
- Experience in working with Origin–Edge streaming configuration beneficial
- Strong working knowledge of programming Flash Media Server
- Strong Action Script 3, JavaScript, HTML
- Understanding of SQL, specifically Transact–SQL

Development – Software Testing Engineer
This position will report to the Software Testing Manager.
Responsibilites: The Software Testing Engineer is responsible for performing complex testing on software/web projects.
Skills Required:

Development – Senior UI/UX Visual Designer
We are looking for an exceptional Senior UI / UX Visual Designer to join our team to help conceptualize and design innovative solutions for existing and next generation products. Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years experience as a key member of a design team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of a web product
- Minimum 2+ years experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 3 or more members

- An academic background in human factors/ergonomics, cognitive science, psychology or HCI
- Strong interaction design skills: experience creating wireframes, site flows, etc.
- Design experience in mobile or desktop software

Key responsibilities of the position:
- Work with the design, business and community teams to create designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements
- Participate and collaborate in concept development and design ideation
- Create standards for page layouts/UIs, color palettes, typography, wireframes, system flows, iconography and user interface elements, while monitoring design consistency across all projects
- Review all standard product UI for each release to ensure the UI addresses the implemented standards and provides an engaging UI experience
- Work directly with Creative Product Development on design solutions that align with the design vision and user needs
- Work with the larger development team to address on–going UI design issues
- Communicate your design thinking in a way that works for all the parties involved (developers, product managers, company, partners, etc.) through appropriately detailed specifications and reviews
- Contribution to product design process and priority decisions

Finance – Accounting Associate

Production – Associate Producer
Description: The Associate Producer works closely with the Event Manager to prepare Hosts and Sponsors for their events. This is a "go to" person in the absence of Event Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Taking notes on weekly meetings.
- Managing event timelines and deliverables.
- Set–up of sponsor space s within the event. This includes but is not limited to, training client users on Virtual Space Builder, building and/or fixing their Virtual Space.
- Creating and distributing email campaigns.
- Setting up login pages, marquee messages, places banner ads, builds the data portal, etc.
- Adding content to overall event.
- Testing all aspects of event including: login pages, registration, booth builder, email campaigns, etc.
- Monitoring presentations on event live day(s).
- Managing the event via email and in–space staffing on event live day(s). This may include phone support.
Computer Skills:

Sales – Account Executive
This position will report to the VP of Sales.

INXPO is seeking an Account Executive to work with one of our Channel Partners and F1000 prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the INXPO platform within 30 days, and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers and drive new business. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and a passion for INXPO. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and influence the rapidly growing Sales organization critical to INXPO's success. This team helps fuel the innovation and growth of INXPO's core platform and offers the ability to have a significant impact. This position is located at INXPO's headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Description:
The AE will be assigned 1 strategic channel partner and a defined targeted list of direct prospects. The individual will work with the Channel Partner's Account Executives to sell the core products into their existing and prospective customer base. The direct prospects have been identified for immediate high growth virtual event use, and are in need of being provided recipes for successful implementations. The AE will manage the pre-sales process in creating dynamic presentations and demos, and by offering Virtual Event and Virtual Environment best practices. In this capacity, the AE will work with INXPO Sales Executives as well as the Channel Partner's Account Executives to reach their quota.
Responsibilities: The AE's responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage the pipeline of a key strategic channel partner. Assist channel partner AE's from early in the sales cycle and through all phases of the account relationship including assessing the prospect or client opportunity, defining the proper sales strategy, demo, identification of scope, pricing, best practice consulting, internal account/project team communications, development of critical path, solution, delivery, implementation, measurement, and on-going solution adoption and expansion of product usage within any global enterprise account.
- Lead client demonstrations and scoping sessions without technical support.
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
- Accurately forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results.
- Refine and develop the INXPO products. It will also be important that all AE's gain cross platform knowledge on other client implementations and what was successful and unsuccessful.
- Drive revenue by managing the presales process and evangelizing our solutions to our customers and prospects as well as channel partners customer and prospects.
- Always deliver the highest level of customer service and present INXPO's solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way.
- Successfully on-board and manage your clients.
- Manage Salesforce.com updates: Accurate, complete, and timely input and updates of all relevant Account/prospect information.
- Ensure that you are confidently presenting all information, whether presented internally or externally (including any Account or prospect information, demonstrations, proposals, discovery documents, wireframes, client briefings, post-event briefings and executive presentations).
- Provide leadership for the entire INXPO project team (and channel partner) to ensure strong communications, positive attitude, responsiveness and over delivery for each Account.
- Manage live event day support for each Account's events where needed (i.e. support plan, phone bridge logistics, etc.).
- Convert any account issue into a sales opportunity. This includes managing communications with account regarding any technical or customer service challenge.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted Account growth opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives in Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in overall customer satisfaction on assigned Accounts (to be measured via quarterly score card meetings).
- Establish, develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key Account stakeholders. Recruit new Account stakeholders.
- Perform business metrics reviews and analysis of accounts from Sales, Production, and Creative perspective.
- Aid in developing monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives that will result in increasing each Account's monthly bookings.
- Travel when necessary to Account events to represent INXPO, and support any hybrid events.
- Spend adequate time at each channel partner headquarters to understand culture, brand and further relationships.
- Manage internal and Account calls including account's Kick-Off Call and debriefing calls.
- Manage sales documents for all Account projects (including Discovery Worksheet, and Proposal).
- Schedule formal quarterly business reviews and yearly review with assigned Accounts.
Relationships: The AE maintains close relationships with other AE's, constantly sharing best practices and real world results. The AE will also have relationships with all Executive Sponsors as needed or requested by the VP Sales.
Competencies:
The AE must have demonstrated significant experience in the following areas:
- Digital Native – Lives and breathes in the internet world (Not a Digital Immigrant)
- 3-7 years experience in product marketing, pre-sales, and Internet related businesses
- Experience in the Event Industry is a plus
- Experience in solution based sales organizations
- Ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships with fellow employees, clients, partners, and peers
- Knowledge of virtual environment production & management (This is an additional benefit, not required)
- Knowledge of general sales and delivery methods, and the ability to extend and enhance the methods and deliverables templates to the virtual events business
- Knowledge of webcasting, streaming media, Internet collaboration technologies, and Social Media

Webcasting – Webcasting Engineer
This position will report to the Webcasting Engineer Manager
Description: The Webcast Engineer is responsible for producing live and pre–recorded webcast events. This role requires an individual with high attention to detail, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, and working in a fast–paced deadline driven environment.
Responsibilites:
- Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Effectively execute client engagements and act as client point–of–contact for project related issues.
