InXpo Hosts Own Virtual Corporate Event with InXpoLive

Over 275 companies gathered virtually to collaborate on virtual events

CHICAGO – December 10, 2008 – InXpo, the leader in privately-branded virtual events, hosted its own Virtual Corporate Event on Thursday, December 4th.

Companies such as IBM, P&G and AT&T attended this free, educational, online event to listen to scheduled presentations with Live Q & A from InXpo executives, as well as the following industry leaders:

  • Tony Uphoff, CEO, TechWeb
  • Gordon T. Hughes II, President and CEO, American Business Media
  • Marilou Barsam, Senior VP, Client/Corporate Marketing, TechTarget
InXpo unveiled their newest product offerings, from XpoCast, the next-generation of webcasting, which will take webcasting to the next highly-interactive, media-rich level, to Intelli-Booth and Intelli-Theater.  Attendees visited InXpo’s product booths in their Virtual Solution Center and interacted with InXpo staff, which proved to be popular with over 1,300 booth visits.

Attendees also visited InXpo’s Lounge for group chats as well as their Blog Center, downloaded information at their Resource Center and collateral from the product booths, as well as competing to win in the Prize Center.

“With today’s slashed travel budgets, companies are exploring virtual ways of conducting business.  InXpo’s platforms enable companies to extend face-to-face meeting spaces through highly-engaging and interactive virtual events which employees can attend from their desks, saving on productivity that would otherwise be lost with the time and cost of travel,” said Malcolm Lotzof, CEO of InXpo.

InXpo will hold themed InXpoLive events bi-monthly, with the next one scheduled for February.  December’s InXpoLive is now available On Demand.  To register, go to www.inxpolive.com.
