Adam Rykowski is Senior Director of AirWatch Product Management, responsible for advanced development and solution architecture across products teams. He joined AirWatch 5 years ago as the first Product Manager for MDM and has been directly involved with the launch of most AirWatch products since, including integrations between AirWatch and VMware products. He has over 10 years of product experience in enterprise software and mobility and he has a degree from Georgia Tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

James Millington is responsible for VMware End User Computing Healthcare Solutions working with customers and partners globally to deliver solutions that improve provider productivity leading to improved patient care. Prior to joining VMware, James was the director of Product Marketing at Imprivata, where he managed the go-to-market for the OneSign product line. James also spent 10 years at Citrix where he held a number of product marketing and product management positions. James holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.

	Jason Roszak

Jason Roszak leads the Windows product team at AirWatch. He graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and worked for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics prior to joining the AirWatch team.  Jason loves ATL sports, Falcons especially. He was born in Charleston SC, and will have a newborn son soon.  Jason spent the last year and a half  working very closely with Microsoft on Windows 10 EMM features.  He is THE everything Microsoft guy at AirWatch!

	Josue Fontanez Sr. Product Line Marketing Manager

As a Sr. Product Line Marketing Manager for End User Computing at VMware, Josue Fontanez leads product marketing for the Horizon Air family of cloud services. This involves driving business strategy, demand, and awareness. In addition he works closely with customers, partners and the VMware community to evangelize desktop-as-a-service through the web, social, and events.

Josue joins us from Citrix where he was on the Cloud Solutions group and responsible for product marketing for the commercial version of Apache CloudStack. He also spent 10 years at Microsoft where he held various product management and product marketing roles focused on cloud, systems management, and security technologies.

Juan Manuel Damián Rodriguez es especialista en la gestión de infraestructura de nube para VMware América Latina. Kevin Jones has been at AirWatch for the past 3.5 years holding various roles in Professional Services. Kevin has been responsible for the North American Support organization for the past two years, building out multiple teams including T3, Basic, Enhanced, Partner and Federal Support. Before moving to Support, Kevin was a manager on the AirWatch Services team responsible for Education and Enterprise customers. Most recently, Kevin has transitioned to the Sales Engineering team to work with new customers to implement AirWatch. Rebecca Matthias is the Assistant General Counsel and Director of Privacy at VMware. Rebecca leads the Privacy Team and is responsible for developing and administering VMware’s privacy program, practices and initiatives. She regularly speaks on privacy matters, most recently at the Practicing Law Institute’s 16th Annual Privacy and Data Security Law Institute (2015) and at RSA (2014). Rebecca has been CIPP/US certified since 2006, and has also earned the CIPP/IT and CIPP/E certifications for privacy professionals. She has been a Co-Chair of the International Association of Privacy Professional’s Bay Area KnowledgeNet. Prior to joining VMware, Rebecca handled compliance matters, including privacy, for VeriSign, Inc. 	Mark Margevicius Director of EUC Strategy and Chief Customer Advocate

Mark’s primary function is to assist customers in understanding the trends and directions of the End User Computing landscape. In this advisory role he will be giving tactical guidance on EUC initiatives and assisting in EUC strategy development in the areas of desktop transformation, mobile computing, DaaS, VDI, and desktop virtualization.

Mark joined VMware after spending 16 years at Gartner Research where he most recently served as vice president and research director, covering end-user computing with a primary focus on desktop virtualization, hosted virtual desktops, PC hardware, and server-based computing. During this time, he assisted clients in the selection of solutions appropriate for their needs and best practices for client-side policies and procedures. Prior to Gartner, Mark spent 9 years at KeyBank, a regional bank in Ohio where he was vice president overseeing infrastructure operations and desktop support.

	Marshall Anne Busbee Product Manager

Marshall Anne is an Atlanta native who graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. After starting with AirWatch in 2012, Marshall Anne started as a Sales Engineer but wanted to be more focused on building products and strategy, so moved to the Productivity Apps Product Management Division. There she is focused on AirWatch Browser, Video, and Teacher Tools products.

In her free time, Marshall Anne enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with her husband and two dogs, and reading books at the beach.

	Matt Klingbeil Sales Engineer

In 2010 Matt graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Matt began his career in the medical device industry where he worked as a cardiac medical device specialist providing his clinical and technical expertise to support physicians and lab staff across multiple platforms and solutions. Beginning in 2014, Matt became a part the AirWatch by VMware family, where he currently serves as a Sales Engineer. In his current role Matt primarily supports prospects that are in the trial phase with the AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Management platform, working closely with the prospects’ teams on product evaluations and proof of concepts to tailor the solution to meet the client objectives. Most recently, Matt has played an active role in the launch, strategy, and support of the VMware Identity Manager product.

Ridwan Huq is a director of product marketing for End User Computing at VMware. His primary role is to work with VMware customers to help them understand the expected business impact of VMware End user computing solutions. Ridwan has worked with more than 700 VMware EUC customers to date.

Ridwan has over 20 years of experience in Product Marketing and Product Management covering hardware and enterprise software products. Prior to VMware, he worked for SAP, Adobe Systems and Fujitsu among others.

	Sachin Sharma Product Line Marketing Manager

Sachin Sharma is a Product Line Marketing Manager at VMware. He focuses on product marketing for End User Computing products. Before his marketing role, he was a Sr. Systems Engineer at Wanova, which was acquired by VMware and developed the Mirage product. Prior to that, he was in several Systems and Sales Engineering roles, including at Nimsoft, which was acquired by CA Technologies. He has over 12 years of experience in various IT and systems management roles.

	Sanjay Poonen EVP & General Manager, End-User Computing

Sanjay Poonen joined VMware in August 2013 and leads the company's end-user computing business, bringing more than 20 years of technology industry experience. He is responsible for strategy, products, engineering and delivery across all of VMware's end-user computing solutions. Most recently, Poonen was president and corporate officer of Platform Solutions and the Mobile Division at SAP AG. During his more than seven years at SAP, Poonen held several executive-level roles in development and sales. Poonen started SAP's analytics business in 2006, and led all of SAP's platform solutions – analytics, database, big data and mobility – to become a significant part of the company's revenue. During his tenure, he led all of SAP's industry business units, helping many solutions achieve industry-leading market positions.

Prior to SAP, Poonen held executive roles at Symantec, VERITAS and Informatica, and he began his career as a software engineer at Microsoft, followed by Apple. Poonen holds two patents as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated a Baker Scholar; a master's degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University; and a bachelor's degree in computer science, math and engineering from Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

	Noah Wasmer CTO & VP of Products, End-User Computing

Noah Wasmer is the Vice President of Product Management and the CTO of End User Computing. Early in his career, Noah built one of the first desktop-as-a-service offerings as the co-founder and CEO of Centered Networks. From this experience in centralizing large-scale desktop infrastructure, in 2006, Noah joined VMware to lead a Product Management team for the newly started enterprise desktop group. With momentum building in mobility and cloud, Noah created and led the first launch of Horizon – a cloud service to manage the delivery of desktops, SaaS and mobile apps. With the exploding trend of mobility, Noah joined MobileIron as the VP of Product Management and later joined Apple's iPad Product Marketing team. With a deep passion for enabling businesses to be transformed to the next generation of IT, Noah rejoined VMware in 2014.

	Shawn Bass CTO - Desktop Technologies, End-User Computing

Shawn is a recognized expert in the End User Computing industry. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he has worked with all facets of End User Computing (Terminal Services, Virtual Desktops, Application Virtualization and Enterprise Mobility Management) since the very beginning of these technologies. Shawn joined VMware in September 2014 to help lead and define a long-term strategy for VMware’s End User Computing products and works closely with the product team in implementing the strategy in the years to come.

	Rory Clements Director - Solution Engineering, End-User Computing

Rory Clements heads up Solution Engineering for End User Computing based out of VMware’s Palo Alto headquarters.

Rory has over 15 years industry experience working for some of VMware’s largest customers and partners, and has a career spanning almost 10 years at VMware EMEA and US.

Prior to VMware Rory was head of virtualization at CB Richard Ellis in EMEA, the world’s largest commercial real estate company where he was responsible for the successful virtualization of CBRE's desktop estate and their EMEA data centers.

Rory and his team have a have a wide range of responsibilities, some of which include integration and testing of the entire EUC product portfolio, testing and validation of 3rd party hardware and software, the creation of technical white papers and content, global demonstration environments for VMware Field and Partners, and customer briefings.

Rory and his team are also regularly speaking at industry events around the globe including VMworld US and EMEA events.

	Scott Kelley Senior Product Manager

Born Austin, TX. Go Spurs! Graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with Bachelors in Electrical Engineering in 2008. Joined AirWatch in 2010. Part of the product management team expanding the Android Enterprise Mobility Management platform. Nickname through college was “Rufio” because people thought I looked like the character Rufio from the movie Hook.

	Shawn McCarthy Research Director, IDC

Shawn McCarthy is an IDC Government Insights research director, managing the IDC Government Insights: United States IT Opportunity: Government research advisory service, which includes technology recommendations and key industry forecasting for government IT systems. He also issues IDC’s semi-annual U.S. Government IT Spending Guides (federal and state and local) and he created and manages the U.S. Government Line of Business Budget Guide which tracks detailed spending by federal department, program and more.

Mr. McCarthy determines IT investment priorities for the multiple levels of government and identifies and forecasts emerging technologies and opportunities for both government offices and technology vendors who work with the government.

He has given presentations in multiple countries and chaired many panel discussions at FOSE, GITEC, MacWorld and other large IT conferences. As a government employee, he helped build databases and curriculum libraries at The Smithsonian Institution.

In this role Tristan delivers technical enablement and thought leadership for VMware’s End User Computing product line to key Partners and Customers. Tristan provides high impact technical enablement through blogging, social media, and publishing white papers. Previously Tristan served as a Reference Architect and as a Senior Consultant in the VMware Professional Services practice. Tristan successfully led numerous End User Computing projects for customers in the financial services, education, outdoor retail, and healthcare verticals.

Victor Thu is the Director of Product Marketing for the end user computing at VMware, Inc.

Victor leads and implements Workspace Suite go-to-market strategy for VMware. Victor is an industry subject matter expert on business and workforce mobility, desktop virtualization, Windows 10, and BYOD (Bring Your Own Devices). Victor frequently engages customers especially with C-level execs to help shape their business mobility strategy.

Prior to returning to Palo Alto, California, Victor leads end-user computing product marketing for VMware and Citrix across Asia Pacific and Japan.
