Albert W.L. Pulido
VP Investor Relations

Albert has managed the Investor Relations function at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation since the middle of 2009. In that span of time he and his team have managed the transition - from an IR perspective - to a truly public company via a public share re-launch in September 2009, increased the number of analysts covering the stock from 3 to 16, managed updates to investors on a primary share issuance of US$200 million in July 2011, US$150 million in January 2013 and US$200 million in February 2015, and coordinated over 500 investor meetings over the past two years.


Prior to MPIC, Albert was with the NY offices of Lehman Brothers (now Barclays Capital) from 2003 to 2008 in various capacities including: Creditor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Rating Agency Relationships and Consumer Deposit Platform Development. Before this, he served as a business development officer for a couple of Philippine banks originating corporate clients. He has an MBA from Erasmus University and is a graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree.


Alessandra Senici
Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Director

Ms. Senici joined the Group in February 2000 and has been the IR Director since May 2007. In September 2014 she took over also the Corporate Communications function.

She was previously an Equity Analyst with Rasfin Sim and Cariplo S.p.a., where she also worked on primary and secondary offerings together with the corporate finance and equity capital markets teams. She has also worked in currency trading. Ms. Senici holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Brescia. She is a partner of A.I.R., the Italian Association of Investor Relations Officers and a member of the steering committee of Valore D, the first Italian association of large companies supporting women’s leadership.


Alexandre de Rochefort

Alexandre de Rochefort is Senior Vice President and CFO for Gameloft, a leading international developer and publisher of video games. Mr. de Rochefort joined Gameloft in July 2000 shortly after the creation of the company.

His career spans over 14 years during which he has developed a strong background in the financial markets and the video game industry. Prior to joining Gameloft, Alexandre de Rochefort worked at Schroder Securities in London as a Research Analyst specializing in Technology Stocks.

Gregor Alexander, Finance Director

Appointed FD in 2002, Gregor has over 24 years service with SSE plc Group having joined Scottish Hydro-Electric plc in 1990. Gregor has SSE Board-level responsibility for Finance, Investor Relations, Risk, Audit and Insurance, Procurement and Logistics, IT and Corporate Business Services. He is the sponsoring Board member for SSE’s businesses in Ireland, Chairman of the Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution Board and Chairman of 50% owned Scotia Gas Networks Ltd.

He is a chartered accountant and non-executive director of Stagecoach Group plc.


Amy Xu
CFO

Amy Xu has served as Bona’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Xu served as a Head of Accounting at Hony Capital, where she played an important role in accounting operations, internal controls and policy establishment. From 2007 to 2011, Ms. Xu was Chief Financial Officer at Star China Ltd., a media content and service platform. Prior to that, Ms.Xu served as Finance Director for Autodesk Software (China) Ltd. (APAC Emerging) from July 2004 to July 2007, Finance Controller of Microsoft China Corporation Ltd. from December 2000 to July 2004, Finance, HR& Administration Manager for Northwest Airlines Inc. from April 1999 to November 2000, and Financial & Administrative Manager for Sunwing Energy Ltd. from 1997 to February 1999. Additionally, Ms. Xu spent eight years in various roles at Deloitte &Touche LLP, including two years as an Audit Manager. She received a BA in Accounting and a Economics from Queens College, City University of New York in 1989, and holds a CPA license in the state of New York. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English
André Cazotto

André Cazotto is Investor Relations Manager at Cielo. Cazotto holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Brazil) and an MBA in Financials from Insper-IBMEC. He started his career at Cielo’s Treasury department in 2007,  and later joined the IR department after the Company´s IPO.

Chee Jiong Ng

Mr. Chee Jiong Ng, age 43, joined our company as our chief financial officer in June 2010. Mr. Ng has 15 years of experience in the finance sector and has served in various management roles at several companies before joining our company. He is primarily responsible for overall financial management of our company. Before joining our company, Mr. Ng was a financial consultant in Beijing UGO Ltd. From June 2006 to August 2009, Mr. Ng served as a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing. From July 2005 to May 2006, Mr. Ng worked at AIR-SYS Refrigeration Engineering Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as financial controller. From November 1995 to June 2005, Mr. Ng worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and held several positions, including senior manager. Mr. Ng has been qualified as a Certified Public Accountant of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1999. Mr. Ng received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia and his master’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Chris Fraser
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Chris has almost 20 years experience in the mining industry with a particular focus on financing and strategic developments.  He is the founder of the York Potash Project and has led its development since 2010.  Chris has been Managing Director and CEO of the Company since January 2011.

During his finance career he worked for KPMG, Rothschild and Citigroup, the latter culminated in him being appointed Head of Metals and Mining Investment Banking for Australia in 2006 and Managing Director in 2008.  Upon leaving Citigroup in 2009 he founded Sigiriya Capital, a boutique advisory and investment firm, prior to founding York Potash in 2010 and subsequently joining Sirius Minerals in 2011.

He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and a member of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia.


Chris Vagg

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry in both Australia and the UK.
For five years, Chris has been in Investor Relations at Aurizon, building the capability of the function since the Company listed on the ASX in November 2010. During this time Chris has played a critical role in engaging with the investment community and articulating Aurizon’s investment proposition.
Prior to Aurizon, Chris worked for seven years as a sell side analyst for Citi in London and Sydney.
Christian Hogg

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Hogg joined Hutchison China in 2000 and has since led all aspects of the creation, implementation and management of the Company’s strategy, business and listing. This includes the creation of the Company’s start-up businesses and the acquisition and operational integration of assets that led to the formation of the Company’s China joint ventures.
Prior to joining Hutchison China, Mr Hogg spent ten years with P&G starting in the US in Finance and then Brand Management in the Laundry and Cleaning Products Division. Mr Hogg then moved to China to manage P&G’s detergent business followed by a move to Brussels to run P&G’s global bleach business.
Mr Hogg received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Christian Stoehr

Christian was born in Nuremberg, Germany, in 1980.

He began his professional career in September 2001 as an apprentice in banking and finance, combined with studies of business administration, at Sparkasse Nuremberg. Upon completion of his business administration degree at the Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg in July 2006, he joined the adidas Group and started working in the Treasury department at the adidas Group’s HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany. After two years, he took over new responsibilities at adidas International Trading BV in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, working as Treasury Manager at the TradeCo Finance organization.

In October 2010, Christian joined the adidas Group’s Investor Relations team with the main responsibility of managing the relationship with investors and analysts. In this context, Christian acts as an official spokesperson of the adidas Group, ensuring best practice financial communication and representing the Group towards the financial community at roadshows and conferences. His responsibilities also include the conversation with private shareholders.

In addition, Christian highly influences the realization of the adidas Group’s global IR strategy as well as the proactive management of IR-specific projects. He is involved in various projects, such as the preparation of the Group’s annual and quarterly reports as well as communication material for the AGM.

Clare Banham is the Head of Investor Relations at Greene King plc and overseas all aspects of the investor relations function for the company. Clare joined Greene King in 2013 as Strategy and Investor Relations manager. In this role, Clare ‘s responsibilities included managing the day to day relations with the investment community and working on the acquisition of Spirit Pub Company plc both prior to and post completion. Prior to Greene King, Clare spent over seven years in institutional equity sales. Clare holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, a Masters of Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management and has completed the Certificate in Investor Relations.

David Coulter

David was appointed Chief Financial Officer at IOOF in September 2009.  He played a pivotal role in subsequent restructuring and acquisitions which realised in excess of $60m in synergy savings.  He has held other finance positions within IOOF, including Head of Management Reporting prior to the acquisition of Australian Wealth Management Limited in 2009.  With extensive financial services experience and listed entity experience, he has worked at JP Morgan, ANZ Bank and Colonial in a twenty year professional career which commenced at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.

Mr. Nicol has an extensive record of building shareholder value through operational improvement, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and entering new markets in a wide range of businesses in listed and private equity backed environments. His 4 -year appointment as Chief Financial Officer and subsequent 4 years as Group Chief Executive Officer of Berli Jucker Plc., an affiliate of First Pacific Company Ltd., drove shareholder value growth and steered the company through the South-East Asian Financial crisis. Prior to joining MPIC, Mr. Nicol was Director of Reconomy (Holdings) Ltd. where he led the acquisition of nine businesses in UK’s waste management and recycling sector. Prior to this, he held positions as President and CEO of Sirva, Inc. for Europe and Asia Pacific and Interim CEO of Pinnacle Regeneration Group, a leading privately owned social housing infrastructure manager and refurbishment provider.

Deniz Can Yucel is Head of Investor Relations of Coca-Cola Içecek, a position he has held since January 2009. Mr. Yucel started his career in the audit department of Moore Stephens Turkey in 1998. Dr. Claus Ehrenbeck

Dr. Claus Ehrenbeck, who studied chemistry at the University of Heidelberg and gained his doctorate in the physical chemistry faculty at the Karlsruhe Technical University, began his career as a scientist in material research and surface technology. He published a number of articles in renowned international technical journals and at scientific conferences.

Following a subsequent position as a stock analyst at a major German bank, Dr. Claus Ehrenbeck took over the management of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at AIXTRON AG in Aachen in 1998. In this position, he handled the realization and global placement of a capital increase and subsequent international M&A measures.

At the start of 2004, Dr. Claus Ehrenbeck was appointed manager of Investor Relations at HOCHTIEF AG in Essen, where of one of the largest German secondary public offerings trebled the free float shortly afterwards.

Claudia Labbe Montevecchi (Head of Investor Relations)

Claudia Labbé has served as Investor Relations Manager since August 2011. Previously, was Financial Institutions Manager at Feller Rate Clasificadora de Riesgo (a Strategic Affiliate of Standard & Poor’s). Claudia was responsible for the evaluation of more than 90 FI in Chile, Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Perú and Panamá. Claudia holds a Master in Finance from Universidad de Chile and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Católica of Asunción, Paraguay.

Frank Abbott
Financial Director

Frank was appointed to the board as non-executive director on 1 October 1994, and as financial director in 1997. In 2004, he was appointed financial director of African Rainbow Minerals Limited, and resigned as such during 2009. He was reappointed financial director of Harmony in February 2012.

Frank joined the Rand Mines Group in 1981, where he obtained broad financial management experience at an operational level. He was a director of various listed mining companies and currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of African Rainbow Minerals Limited.

Graham Briggs

Graham joined Harmony in 1995 as new business manager and was appointed to the board on 6 August 2007. He has been in the mining industry for 43 years, initially as a geological technician, then, after obtaining a BSc (Hons), as a geologist. His operational and managerial experience was developed at a number of South African gold mines and as chief executive of Harmony Australia. Graham is currently vice president of the Chamber of Mines of South Africa. Post year-end, Graham indicated that he will be retiring and will leave the company after a new chief executive officer has been appointed.

Ian Davies was appointed as the Managing Director of Senex Energy Limited in June 2010.  Prior to joining Senex, Ian held several senior positions in the resources and investment banking industries. He was a senior executive with QGC during the establishment of Queensland’s booming liquefied natural gas industry and previously an investment banker in Melbourne with Austock Corporate Finance and in London with Barclay’s Capital. He commenced his career in Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ Energy and Mining division. Ian lives in Brisbane and is married with three young children. Ian was named Businessperson of the Year in the 2013 Brisbane Lord Mayor's Business Awards.
Ingeborg Øie
Ingeborg Øie joined Smith & Nephew in April 2014 as Head of Investor Relations and is based in London. Prior to joining Smith & Nephew in 2014, she was a research analyst and managing director at Jefferies covering the Medical Device and Healthcare Services sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her focus spanned the orthopaedics, dialysis, cardiovascular, hearing aids, drug delivery and dental sectors, as well as hospital operators. She commenced her career at Goldman Sachs in London as an analyst in the Global Investment Research division. Ingeborg graduated with a first class honours degree in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and completed an MSc in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is a CFA charterholder.
Ingo Rose

Ingo Rose is the Director Investor Relations. He was born in Goettingen, Germany, in 1968. From 1988 he studied Chemistry at the University of Hannover, Germany, and Stanford University, United States. He received his diploma in 1994 from the University of Hannover. In 1997 he earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Hannover.

Professional Career

Ingo Rose started his professional career by joining BASF as a Research Chemist in Crop Protection in 1997. He moved to the Intermediates Division in 2002 where he held functions in New Business Development, Global Strategic Marketing as well as Commercial Marketing. In 2011 he joined Investor Relations where he became Deputy Head in June 2013. In December 2015 he was appointed Director Investor Relations at BASF Corporation, headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey.


Isabel Green

Isabel Green is the Head of Investor Relations at Subsea 7 S.A., a leading global contractor in seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services to the offshore energy industry, domiciled in Luxembourg with company headquarters in the UK. She joined the Company in 2014.

Isabel began her career at the Swiss global financial services company UBS AG, where she worked from 1999 to 2011. She was an equity research analyst in UBS’s Investment Banking division in London for six years, and prior to that an Investor Relations Officer at the bank’s headquarters in Zurich.

From 2012 to 2014 she was Investor Relations Director at InterContinental Hotels Group, Plc. (IHG). IHG is a FTSE 100 company with a broad portfolio of global hotel brands on more than 4,900 hotels across nearly 100 countries.

Isabel graduated from Nottingham University with an honours degree in Mathematics in 1999 and was a Trustee and Treasurer for the Leaside Trust, sports based charity for young people based in Hackney, from 2009-2013. She is a British Citizen.

Jonathan Atack received his Masters Degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University and an MBA from the London Guildhall University. Junichi Onuma is the Senior Director, IR Group. He was born in Sendai, Japan, in 1967. Professional Career He started his professional career by joining Daiichi Sankyo as an accounting staff in its major plant in 1991. Prior to joining New Oriental, Mr. Hsieh was the chief financial officer of ARIO Data Networks, Inc. in San Jose, California from April 2004. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Hsieh was a managing director for private equity firm Darby Asia Investors (HK) Limited. Prior to that, Mr. Hsieh was managing director and Asia-Pacific tech/media/telecoms head of UBS Capital Asia Pacific, the private equity division of UBS AG from 2000. Over the period from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Hsieh was a technology investment banker at JP Morgan in San Francisco, California, where he was a vice president, and Credit Suisse First Boston in Palo Alto, California, where he was an associate.

From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Hsieh was a corporate and securities attorney at White & Case LLP in Los Angeles and is a member of the California bar. Mark Keating
GM, Investor Relations, Nufarm Mr. Mark Keating has been general manager of investor relations at Nufarm since 1 September, 2015. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Keating was general manager of financial analysis, where he was responsible for the group’s internal management reporting, and for budget and forecast preparation. Mr. Keating served as interim chief financial officer from March 2011 to November 2011. Mr. Keating has over 34 years’ experience in the commercial arena. He joined Nufarm in 2002 and was responsible for internal and external reporting, and for the global accounting operations. Mr. Keating is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Mark Marostica
Mark Marostica is our co-chief financial officer and is responsible for leading corporate development initiatives for our company, as well as strategic planning activities and investor relations. Mr. Marostica joined our company as vice president of corporate development and strategy in January 2015. He has over 15 years experience in the capital markets, with a focus on Asian education and Internet companies. Before joining the Company, he was a managing director and senior research analyst at Piper Jaffray & Company from 1998 to 2014, and served as managing director and head of Asia equity research from 2009 to 2012. In that position he supervised coverage of more than 100 Hong Kong-listed companies and managed a team of 20 equity research analysts. Prior to that he was a consulting manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1994 to 1998. Earlier in his career Mark served as an information technology manager at Fortis, and as an analyst at Electronic Data Systems. Philippe Brahin is Head of Investor Relations, based in Zurich, and member of Group Finance Executive Team.

Until 2014, Philippe Brahin was Head Qualitative Risk Management at Swiss Re and Member of Risk Management Executive Team. Philippe Brahin was responsible for the global monitoring of regulatory developments, the identification of emerging risks, the coordination of Group operational risks and the engagement of Swiss Re in sustainability risk management initiatives.

Philippe Brahin joined Swiss Re in 2000 as a financial analyst in Alternative Investments. From 2003 to 2007, he was responsible for the production of Swiss Re’s financial reports as well as content management on strategic topics.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, Philippe Brahin was Deputy Director for International Affairs at the French Insurance Association (FFSA) and also worked for the California Department of Insurance.

He graduated in 1992 from the University of Sorbonne in Paris with a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance.

Ping Wei is our chief financial officer. Ms. Wei has extensive international finance, accounting and audit experience, and deep understanding of China’s education space. She is a “Standing Director of the Training Committee ofthe Private Education Association of China”. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Wei worked with New Oriental Education and Technology Group (NYSE: EDU) as its director of finance and controller. In 2004, Ms. Wei was the head for New Oriental's North American operation. Prior to that, Ms. Wei worked with Lorus Therapeutics Inc., or Lorus, a Canadian biopharmaceutical company listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange, as its acting chief financial officer and controller and previously as its assistant controller. Prior to working at Lorus, Ms. Wei was an auditor for seven years with Deloitte & Touche in Toronto and Arthur Andersen in Beijing. Ms. Wei is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a US CPA with the State of Illinois. Ms. Wei received her bachelor's degree in international accounting from the Central University of Finance and Banking in Beijing in 1993.

Rupert Green

Rupert is head of investor relations for Amec Foster Wheeler, and has worked in the City of London dealing with investors and listed companies for 19 years..

After university he joined Deutsche Bank in investment banking, where his first clients included AMEC, then about to buy the Canadian firm Agra. His other clients included a mix of large consumer stocks like News Corporation, Tesco, Diageo, Unilever and a range of natural resource and power companies including: Royal Dutch Shell, Drax, ENRC, Nufcor Uranium, Kalahari Minerals/CGNPC and African Minerals.

Rupert joined AMEC in 2013, a busy period including the acquisition of Foster Wheeler and listing on the NYSE.

Saurabh Pradipkumar Dhoot, 30, is an Executive Director of Videocon d2h. He has served on the board of directors of Videocon d2h since January 31, 2007 and was appointed as an Executive Director on October 5, 2012for a term of five years. Mr. Dhoot is also a director of two major shareholders of Videocon d2h, Synergy Appliances Private Limited and Solitaire Appliances Private Limited. He has more than seven years of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, finance, investor relations and corporate communications. Rohit Jain, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Rohit Jain, 40, is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Videocon d2h. Mr. Jain is a commerce graduate and a qualified chartered accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has around 20 years of experience in the fields of consulting, finance and business management. His present role is to conceptualize and implement the overall business and financial strategy of Videocon d2h and also playing a pivotal role in driving content and channel strategy of the company. Mr. Jain is also responsible for the supervision of multiple corporate functions – such as finance, investor relations, and human resources and legal. Shaun van Biljon
Shaun is the managing executive for investor relations at Vodacom Group Limited. He has been with Vodacom for the past 10 years, fulfilling a number of key roles in finance as well as commercial roles within the Vodacom South Africa operations. Stanley Martinez

Stanley Martinez is VP Investor Relations at Deutsche Telekom specializing in communicating with investors based in North America and he is based in New York City. Prior to joining Deutsche Telekom in 2016, Mr. Martinez spent 23 years as an institutional investor in the Global Telecom, Media and Technology sectors including 15 years covering Deutsche Telekom and/or its listed minorities (T-Mobile US, OTE, Magyar Telekom). Most recently, he was Director of US and Asian High Yield Research at Legal & General Investment Management America in Chicago where he was a founding employee in 2007. He also worked at Alliance Bernstein in New York, Conning Asset Management in Hartford and National City Asset Management in Cleveland among others. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation and was graduated from the Yale School of Management with a Masters of Business Administration and from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from its Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from its College of Arts and Science.

Stuart joined Serco in March 2011 as Head of Investor Relations for Serco Group. Stuart is responsible for Serco's relationship with institutional investors and City research analysts. This includes reporting the Group’s overall performance, together with announcements of other significant contracts and transactions. Stuart also manages the shareholder targeting and corporate access programmes.

Stuart was previously Investor Relations Director for Home Retail Group plc, with 10 years IR experience at former FTSE 30 conglomerate GUS plc, the previous parent company of Burberry, Home Retail and Experian. Stuart worked on the Burberry IPO in 2002 and its subsequent demerger from GUS in 2005, and as Head of Corporate Development for GUS oversaw the process of the final demerger of GUS in 2006 into two separately listed FTSE 100 companies. Stuart is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying during his time with the business consulting division of Arthur Andersen. Stuart was an Andersen Scholar, working for the firm prior to and during his Business Management degree from King’s College London.

Stuart lives in Gerrards Cross, west of London, with his wife and four young daughters that tend to keep him very busy. If they don't, he can attack the garden or maybe a tennis ball or two.


Terri Anne Powers

Terri Anne Powers currently serves as Director of North American Investor Relations for Paris, France-based Veolia Environnement. Terri Anne joined Veolia in 2009. Prior to Veolia, Terri Anne spent seven years as an associate sell side analyst covering healthcare distribution and services equities at Robert W. Baird and Prudential Securities. Terri Anne started her career as a chemist conducting research and development in the pharmaceutical industry, holding a variety of roles including supervisor of regulatory submissions and market research analyst, with a total of five years spent at the G.D. Searle & Co. unit of Monsanto. Terri Anne holds a BS in Chemistry from Alma College and received her MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
